Included in your exhibitor package

A standard exhibitor package includes the following items:
• 1 exhibition booth (including table/cabinet, 2 chairs, electricity and name printed on booth)
• 2 event delegate places – Access to the full event
• Logo placement and marketing according to your contract

Additional equipment
In case you require additional equipment, we will be happy to facilitate your contact with our partnering production company. Please contact Melinda and she will be able to assist you in accommodating your needs.

Extra delegates
In case you wish to attend the event with more than two delegates you can contact us via email to make the additional booking.

Internet Access
Complimentary WIFI internet access will be provided in all the function rooms of the W Bogota Hotel for the participants of the event. The username and the password will be provided to you on site and will be published in the NCT App.

In Colombia the power sockets are of type A and B. The standard voltage is 110 V and the standard frequency is 60 Hz. A voltage converter and a plug adapter may be necessary, depending on your country of departure.

Lunch and refreshments
Refreshments will be provided during the Refreshment and Lunch breaks, according to the program. In case you have a special dietary requirement linked to health issues, please inform us in advance. We will do our best in order to accommodate your needs.

Conference Presentations

After the event, most of our speaker’s presentations will be uploaded under their individual profiles in PDF format as well as in the program section, under each session in our NCT CBRNe App. You can store the presentations on your phone, in the iCloud or email.

Colombia has some visa requirements for nationals of specific countries. Before making travel arrangements, please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia to ensure your visa arrangements or contact your Embassy in Bogota.

In case you require an invitation letter as a supporting document for your visa application, IB Consultancy will be able to provide you with one once your registration and payment are settled. Kindly note that IB Consultancy is not responsible for the outcome of your application.
