Adriana Ospitia Ferrer is a Chemical Engineer, whom graduated from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, with internships at the Institut für Kunststofftechnik in Stuttgart, as well as in the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e.V. in der Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft (DLR) in Augsburg, developing practical experience concerning polymer processing, fiber reinforcement, mechanical testing and composites behavior. She acquired her master’s degree in Advanced Materials Science (AMS), a joint elite program of Technical University of Munich, University of Munich and University of Augsburg, with a thesis at EADS-IW in the Composite Technology Department. With extensive work experience at the Oil & Gas Sector, in topics related to materials science, fire protection and environmental conservation. Experience as a field support expert in crimes against the environment at the Fiscalía General de la Nación, she is currently working at the First Forensic Environmental Laboratory Project.
